Application Description



e-Protocol: for handling incoming/outgoing mail messages and their attachments. Using this system, the e-Protocol users can benefit from the advanced OpenKm properties in order to manipulate the messages. This subsystem provides an easy way to complete forms relevant to the incoming/outgoing mail, form letters from templates and maintains a document repository equipped with document based security.. It provides the following functionality – features:

  1. Setting user access. Linked with OpenKM platform and allows access to authenticated users. OpenKM platform is able to use access management external system LDAP or Active Directory in order for service sections users log in and authentication to be implemented through agency's security mechanism.

  2. Users access rights are based on predefine User Profiles.

  3. Send and receive electronic protocol through e-mail is supported. Using a special e-mail account exclusively for protocol. IMAP, POP3 are supported.

  4. Send and receive electronic protocol using Web Services through special interface that Protocol application offers.

  5. Printing configuration: Report construction from agency's protocol Book. Printing report configuration printed from protocol Book so that it page at any paper size and export to text file, spreadsheet and pdf.

  6. The application can search an incoming based on one or any search criteria combination such as: protocol number, document direction, registration date etc.

  7. Storage and Management of Contacts and sorting them by Organization / Company.

  8. Document Type Management, Document Template Creation.

  9. Dictionary – Thesaurus support of types .owl .rdfs.

  10. Users working stations applications linked with platform, for the applications OpenOffice and Microsoft Office.

  11. Import Company – Organization logo.

 

 

Case Management System (eCase): It consists of the following functionality – features:

  1. Setting user access. Linked with OpenKM platform and allows access to authenticated users. OpenKM platform is able to use access management external system LDAP or Active Directory in order for service sections users log in and authentication to be implemented through agency's security mechanism.

  2. Users access rights are based on predefine User Profiles.

  3. Creates projects that are divided into task.

  4. Every task is allowed to have document attachments which are stored in the Document Management System OpenKM.

  5. Allows separate cases which may not belong to one project.

  6. Supports the characterization of a task result ( Success, Failure, Cancel ).

  7. Supports the characterization of a task state to the following types (In progress, Wait Control, Waiting for Control, Waiting for External Partner, Closed ).

  8. Allows task assignment to external partners.

  9. Keeps rating that was given from the assignor for tasks to be carried out.

  10. Offers completed projects and tasks which can be downloaded in CSV files.

  11. Offers report export system On demand using SQL which can be downloaded in CSV files.

  12. Offers internal user communication system which allows message exchange about a task.
